Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It awakens us to our fullest human potential, and ignites our Soul to consciously live as our Soul in everyday life. Kundalini Yoga uses Kriyas, Mantras, Meditation & Pranayama (Breath). It is deeply supportive in helping us to awaken to our multi-dimensional nature-Our Whole Being; where we begin to navigate & work with the fullness of who we are in our inner & outer world. ​Kundalini Yoga can be used for dynamic problem solving, awakening intuition, deep and full healing of our body, mind & Soul, and successfully meeting every challenge in our lives with greater ease, flow & joy. ​It is a wonderful meditative practice that guides us in bringing our awareness off of the meditation mat and into our everyday lives. ​Kundalini Yoga is honored and used as a dynamic support utilized within Soul Enlightened Healing Arts due to it's profound nature to hold & propel us in navigating through the many inner & outer environments in life, and supporting us in healing our trauma-at it's core!
